Approach

Since the client had no prior TikTok experience, we implemented a test-and-learn strategy by partnering with creators from each target demographic—older adults, families, and young audiences. We launched simultaneous campaigns with different content styles and messaging approaches, allowing real performance data to guide our creative direction and identify which video formats, tones, and calls-to-action resonated most effectively with each audience segment.
